Month of Planning
For the couple who has already booked their vendors but wants professional assistance to ensure their wedding day flows smoothly.
Meet with the couple to review previously booked vendor contracts six weeks prior to the wedding
Design the ceremony and reception layout
Construct a detailed wedding day itinerary
Provide the couple with a planning process checklist
Provide planning resources including etiquette advisement, live client portal, and custom floor plan design.
Meet with the couple four weeks prior to the wedding to create the processional order, song list, and fine tune final details to ensure nothing is overlooked
Act as the point of contact for all vendors on wedding day to ensure all commitments are fulfilled
Setup and decorate on wedding day
Direct the rehearsal and ceremony
Oversee the reception to make sure it flows smoothly
Handle all tear down/clean up

For the couple who wants a totally stress-free wedding day and planning experienceMeet with the couple to review previously booked.
Meet with the couple for an initial consultation to understand your wedding day vision, wants, needs, and budget
Design the ceremony and reception layout
Construct a detailed wedding day itenerary
Communicate with all vendors to obtain bids and review contracts prior to booking
Funnel all wedding pro payments to the appropriate vendors to align with their fee schedule
Provide a planning process checklist with reminders of items that need to be done within certain time frames
Provide planning resources including etiquette advisement, live client portal, and custom floor plan design.
Coordinate a meeting four months prior to the wedding day with all the vendors to sample food/beverage orders and ensure all members of the wedding day team are on the same page
Hold a final meeting 30 days before the wedding to finalize the processional order, song list and fine tune final details
Act as the point of contact with all vendors to ensure all commitments are fulfilled
Handle all setup and decorating
Direct the rehearsal and ceremony
Over see the reception to make sure everything flows smoothly
